Product Consultant (m/w/d) Coffee & ESG

Your responsibilities: Shape the future of our coffee IT landscape

• As a (Senior) Consultant Coffee Product Applications (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the implementation of new IT solutions within the coffee business and support all relevant stakeholders, such as our sustainability teams.
• Acting as a trusted point of contact, you will collaborate closely with business departments to develop, improve, and optimize processes across product development, product management, procurement, quality, and master data, as well as the related SAP and non-SAP systems.
• You will balance requirements from both a technical and business perspective, while always keeping sustainability considerations in mind, including regulatory requirements such as CSRD, PPWR, and ESPR.
• You will actively contribute to the transformation of new and existing IT solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle. In doing so, you will work as part of cross-functional teams organized around our business process domains.
• You will also take on IT responsibility—for example as an IT project manager—for internal customers, with the goal of optimizing business processes and driving digital transformation.
• You are eager to continuously expand your expertise, ensuring that you stay up to date both professionally and technically and help us move forward with the latest knowledge and capabilities.
• In planning and delivering initiatives, you will work with a range of project management approaches—including agile, hybrid, and traditional methods—and make the best possible use of available AI solutions in your day-to-day work.

Your profile: You help us reinvent ourselves

• You have successfully completed a degree in information technology or hold a comparable qualification.
• You bring project and professional experience in implementing and/or enhancing SAP and/or non-SAP systems, ideally within the retail, food, or consumer goods sectors.
• You have a strong understanding of the application and technical integration of system solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, Google Cloud Platform, and PLM, as well as their integration with other cloud applications.
• You stand out through your high level of initiative, independent working style, and strong analytical skills.
• If you enjoy working with and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders in English, this role could be a great fit for you. If you speak German - that's great, but not mandatory.
