Your tasks: You make the difference with us.

 

  • In your role as Product Manager Davidoff Café International (m/f/d) you are responsible for the strategic development, positioning and coordination of the brand in our international business area.  
  • Beyond that, you will be responsible for the proof of concepts for the countries and interfaces regarding strategic and operational issues. You ensure that our international Tchibo Coffee portfolio always meets the current consumer needs in our core markets and actively manage the product range.
  • Together with agencies, you will develop targeted campaigns to position and support the growth of your brand.
  • In addition, you will also manage the development and implementation of marketing plans for the brand and the respective products and lead the management of market research.  
  • Your area of responsibility is rounded off by building up a comprehensive global network within the company and liaise closely with our national subsidiaries. As a link between different stakeholders, you will ensure cooperation with the countries and relevant headquarters departments. 
     

Your profile: You keep reinventing us.

 

  • You have a degree in economics, preferably with a major in marketing or strategic/international management.
  • Furthermore, you have at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in brand or product management of FMCG or a lifestyle/premium brand and have ideally already worked internationally; Knowledge of and experience in working with the MEA region is a plus.
  • You are passionate about consumer goods brands and are ready to contribute to the future of our brands with creative concepts. 
  • Your extensive experience in leading international project teams and navigating complex organization with ease make it easy for you to thrive in a complex environment.
  • You are characterized by strong communication skills, resilience and strong assertiveness while being a team player. Your strong implementation skills and intercultural sensitivity make it easy for you to work with different stakeholders. 
  • You are business fluent in English and ideally have other language skills (e.g. German).
