Your tasks: You make the difference with us.

 

  • As a Full Stack Software Developer in Team Espresso, you and your team will be responsible for developing the next level of Tchibo's in-house software solutions.
  • You develop end-to-end with the full technology stack (frontend, backend, infrastructure, and CI/CD) and write clean and high-quality code on a daily basis.
  • You ensure a high standard of quality by providing code reviews,  pair programming,  TDD, giving feedback, and using best practices (e.g. style guidelines, testability, efficiency, and robustness).
  • You work and learn together with software engineers from our other development teams.

Your profile: You keep reinventing us.

 

  • You have a successfully completed degree in computer science/business informatics or have a comparable qualification.
  • You have practical experience in software development, for example through private or freelance projects, and bring a passion for new technologies.
  • You are a true team player and are keen to play a role in cross-functional teams, always working together in an agile way (SCRUM/KANBAN).

 

Minimum qualifications:

  • You have in-depth knowledge of one or more modern programming language (e.g. JavaKotlinJavaScript or TypeScript).
  • You are familiar with various concepts of software development and can successfully introduce and implement them in the environment of potentially large applications.
  • You have seen architectural constructs like microservices and microfrontends before and know the implications.
  • You are hands-on with Git, DevOps, Terraform, Kubernetes, and automation (CI/CD).

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in developing web applications with Nuxt and Vue is a plus.
  • Confident in writing and speaking in English.
