SAP TM Senior Consultant (m/f/d)

This position is located in Bucharest, Romania.

• As (Senior) SAP TM Consultant (m/f/d), you are responsible for the customs and sea inbound processes in the SAP (TM) Transportation Management, the dbh Advanced Customs and central integrations.
• With a clean core mindset, you define the TM module strategy and guardrails, making informed decisions on scope, fit/gap and standard versus extension.
• Leading fit to standard implementations and rollouts end to end, you keep release and test management, data migration, training and hypercare firmly under control.
• Stable cloud operations are your priority: you manage incidents, problems and changes, track readiness KPIs and meet quality gates.
• You govern integrations with SD/MM, finance, carriers and 3PLs API-first (CPI/EDI) and consistently reduce point-to-point interfaces.
• Across business areas, you drive process harmonization - from planning and execution through freight orders and carrier selection to charges management and billing.
• You act as a technology-competent and process-affine sparring partner for the business unit including analyzing business requirements, managing service providers and accompanying the entire restructuring process for the business-supporting systems.
• Together with the business unit you design new processes to actively shape change and create added value.
• Become part of our interdisciplinary teams, which are organized along the company’s processes (“Digital Domains") and work according to agile project methods.

Your profile: You keep reinventing us.

• With over five years of SAP consulting experience with S/4HANA, you bring SAP TM expertise and a strong grasp of end-to-end logistics.
• Functional and technical knowledge of SAP TM and Advanced Customs by dbh, particularly across inbound processes , enables you to design and run robust, standard first solutions.
• Your track record includes leading SAP implementations and rollouts as design author and/or template owner.
• Comfortable with BTP integration scenarios, you work in a structured, API first way.
• Strong communication and presentation skills as well as a methodical and structured working style.
• A pronounced entrepreneurial and customer-oriented mindset and way of working.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in SAP consulting with substantial S/4HANA experience; deep expertise in SAP TM and strong end-to-end logistics process knowledge.
• Deep functional and technical expertise in SAP TM and a strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes, particularly inbound and customs clearance.
• Proven leadership of multiple SAP implementations/rollouts as design authority/template owner.
• Experience with BTP integration scenarios (CPI/EDI).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management; business-fluent English.
