Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) SEA Poland

Your tasks: You make the differenz with us.

• You are responsible for the setup, the operational management and the measurement of the success of performance-oriented Google and Bing campaigns aiming at generating sales.
• You carry out efficiency and ROI analyses, derive recommendations for action from them and optimize the campaigns based on these findings.
• You are responsible for the conceptual development of the SEA measures, identify new approaches to traffic generation and performance enhancement.
• You take on projects in the context of SEA marketing and act as an interface to internal teams, country colleagues and external service providers.
• You do not only take on (high) budget responsibility, but are also required to actively participate in the budget and sales planning process.

Your profile: You keep reinventing us.

• You have at least 3 - 4 years of professional experience in the field of SEA with direct campaign control and optimization (search, shopping and GDN).
• You cannot only communicate in Polish (as your mother tongue) confidently, but also English in writing and orally. German knowledge would be a plus. Ideally, you also have knowledge of the Polish e-commerce market.
• You have very good analytical skills, and act in a highly goal-oriented and conscientious manner.
• You can make derivations from key figures and you are familiar with target KPIs such as ROI, CPO or ROAS.
• You are familiar with the common campaign tools such as Google & Bing Editor and the Google Merchant Center.
• You are tech-savvy, motivated and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
