Junior Online Marketing Manager Display - Türkiye (m/w/d)

Your tasks: You make the difference with us.

• You are responsible for co-creating a strong performance marketing strategy as well as operational campaign management with setting up and optimizing campaigns for our Tchibo coffee and non-food products in the Turkish and Hungarian markets.
• This includes planning and executing all display marketing campaigns with focus on performance Marketing (incl. branding/ awareness campaigns) covering retargeting, RTB, social commerce (Facebook, Instagram etc.) and affiliate. 
• Furthermore, your tasks include measuring, optimizing and reporting the performance of the campaigns.
• You establish best practices in alignment with HQ and international teams. you identify and test new publishers to expand our possibilities to create additional demand.
• You act as the interface not only to internal teams, but also to the country organization and external service providers. 

Your profile: You keep reinventing us.

• You have some first professional experience in operative display marketing with direct campaign control and optimization. Experience in other performance marketing channels are an advantage.
• You have very good language skills in turky and you can communicate english on a professional working level.  
• You approach topics in a data-driven manner and push things forward on your own initiative.
• You ideally already have very good knowledge of the Turkish market and the media landscape.
• Your Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Powerpoint) complete your profile. 
• A EU Residence/Work Permit is required.
